In the hotel where you stay overnight before- only bring small backpack for trekking with essentials.

How do you tailor the food packages for dietary requirement and allergies?

We have a set menu that we can send you upon request- email 

Also for nuts/ dairy/ food intolerances we make sure no nuts are brought up by our guides- each porter carry’s each climbers personal food supply so no food can be contaminated.
